AAA Water Aerobics

A group, recreational, water-based exercise program designed specifically for people with arthritis and related diseases. Classes are conducted in a heated pool (approximately 90°). Specifically designed exercises help participants improve their joint flexibility and reduce their pain and stiffness while supported by the water’s buoyancy and resistance. This class also provides a friendly, fun atmosphere in which participants can make new friends and try new activities.

2nd Saturday 9:30 to 10:30 am
Worship AND workout with this jam-packed, fun, unique hour-long cardio, toning, and dance class, set to contemporary Christian music-- from gospel to rap and hip hop, and salsa to rock. Work at your own fitness level- beginner to advanced, and high to low impact- to burn an average of 650 to 800 calories per workout!

Kara's Kross Training
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 am to 6:30 am
Kara's Kross Training is a new class that will be a mixture of resistance training exercises and cardiovascular exercises.
Weights, resistance bands, machines, bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, kettlebells, TRX, the track, etc. Everything will be fair game in this 30-minute morning workout.

SHRED with Sarabeth
A 30 minute circuit training style class geared towards improving muscle tone and definition. This class involves exercising all major muscle groups mixed with cardio intervals and short rest periods. We will use various equipment such as free weights, resistance bands, machine weights, exercise balls, and cardio equipment. Start your week off right and get shredded with Sarabeth!

Improve heart health and muscular endurance. Non-impact exercises including upper-body strength work are safe and effective even if you have cardiac or respiratory problems.

Improve strength, flexibility, posture and balance. Exercise at your own pace with resistance tools including bands, balls and weights.

Improve strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Be kind to your joints, get stronger, and have fun in the pool.
Fridays 10:00-11:00 am
Improve joint range of movement, strength and balance- and relax! Learn safe moves and breathing exercises to reduce stress and improve mental clarity.

Open to all levels of practice and abilities, our soothing gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well being.
