The pool will be reserved for all class participants during scheduled class times, as well as for any booked pool parties.
Currently, the pool is reserved for Saturday, October 15 from 2-4pm and Saturday, October 29 from 2-4pm.
The pool is also reserved for the Center for Healthy Children program participants from 4:00-5:00pm on Tuesdays during October: 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25.
AAA Water Wellness: Range of Motion
Monday through Friday 11:00 am-12:00 pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:00-2:00 pm
Mondays & Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm
A group, recreational, water-based exercise program designed specifically for people with arthritis and related diseases. Classes are conducted in a heated pool (approximately 90°). Specifically designed exercises help participants improve their joint flexibility and reduce their pain and stiffness while supported by the water’s buoyancy and resistance. This class also provides a friendly, fun atmosphere in which participants can make new friends and try new activities.
Tuesdays & Thursdays
Worship AND workout with this jam-packed, fun, unique hour-long cardio, toning, and dance class, set to contemporary Christian music-- from gospel to rap and hip hop, and salsa to rock. Work at your own fitness level- beginner to advanced, and high to low impact- to burn an average of 650 to 800 calories per workout!
The Drums Alive® Mission
Using rhythm as the source of inspiration to discover a new group fitness experience, Drums Alive® combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the brain-affected benefits of music and rhythm. Drums Alive® is a program that fosters a healthy balance physically, mentally, emotionally and socially! Join a class and experience how it provides an element of fun and creative expression.
A bootcamp class designed to get your heart pumping and muscles working! Everything from partner work to individual endurance challenges will help mold your workout and abilities. Modifications can be made for any movement, so any and all fitness levels are welcome!
Kara's Kross Training
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 am to 6:30 am
Kara's Kross Training is a new class that will be a mixture of resistance training exercises and cardiovascular exercises.
Weights, resistance bands, machines, bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, kettlebells, TRX, the track, etc. Everything will be fair game in this 30-minute morning workout.
Come join Kara and get a full workout in before your work day!
Roll out your mat for a total body training! Learn to move with purpose, generated from the core. This low-to-moderate-intensity body weight class is perfect for all fitness levels.
SHRED with Sarabeth
A 30 minute circuit training style class geared towards improving muscle tone and definition. This class involves exercising all major muscle groups mixed with cardio intervals and short rest periods. We will use various equipment such as free weights, resistance bands, machine weights, exercise balls, and cardio equipment. Start your week off right and get shredded with Sarabeth!
Tuesdays & Thursdays
Improve heart health and muscular endurance. Non-impact exercises including upper-body strength work are safe and effective even if you have cardiac or respiratory problems.
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays 1:00-2:00 pm
Improve strength, flexibility, posture and balance. Exercise at your own pace with resistance tools including bands, balls and weights.
Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30-10:30 am
Improve strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Be kind to your joints, get stronger, and have fun in the pool.
Fridays 10:00-11:00 am
Improve joint range of movement, strength and balance- and relax! Learn safe moves and breathing exercises to reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
Our soothing, gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well being.
